WELCOME

Following the successful establishment of GTL Session in Europe and overwhelming demand for a version of the event on the other side of the Atlantic, 2026 will see not only the third edition of GTL in Málaga, taking place from 28 April to 1 May, but also the launch of a new edition in Cancún, Mexico, from 22–25 September.
Following a similar format to the European version, GTL Session: The Americas will bring Tour Managers and Tour Providers together for networking and idea-sharing at the spectacular five-star SLS Playa Mujeres resort.
GTL events provide a unique opportunity to connect, collaborate, and discuss the key issues affecting life on the road. With Tour Managers at all stages of their careers in attendance, the event offers a welcoming space to build lasting relationships, find industry mentors, and form partnerships with Tour Providers that help ease the challenges of tour planning
SPEED+SYNC
Image: Higueron Hotel, Málaga, Spain
Our Speed+Sync Sessions are quick 1:1 meetings between Tour Providers and Tour Managers, they can be utilised as a time to showcase your services, a continuation of conversations and topics from our Social sessions, or can be taken as an opportunity to just find out more about one another.
How do we curate Speed+Sync?
Delegates of GTL Sessions will be asked to provide proof of their upcoming tours and collaborations with artists to secure their place at the event.
Providers pick a wish list of their Top 5 meetings, while also providing criteria for the remainder of their meetings.
SYMPOSIA

GTL Sessions The Americas 2026 Symposia Sessions
Covering a wide range of topics, our Symposia Sessions are designed to give you short insights into the world of live touring. From educating everyone about mental health on the road, to the virtual future of touring, these topics provide ice breakers for the Speed + Sync Sessions, along with providing a platform to discuss best practices within the industry.
Line Check
For our opening session, we’re taking a pause after what has already been a busy 2026 to hear from crew members who have spent the year touring the world. Together, we’ll take the pulse of the live events market, reflect on the challenges and opportunities of the year so far, and look ahead to what the autumn touring season may hold.
Safety First
From crowd safety to cybersecurity, this session takes a deep dive into the considerations those at the head of the touring pyramid should address before heading out on their next touring campaign.
When It Hits the Fan
Our Tour Managers’ Round Table returns, opening the floor for delegates to collaborate, share experiences, and discuss how they’ve overcome some of the biggest challenges they’ve faced on the road.
A New Paradigm
From remote tour management and the rise of production collectives to the increasing number of job titles at the top of the touring pyramid, this session explores what these evolving working practices mean for the wider live events industry.
The Art of Balance
Often seen as a calling rather than simply a profession, touring can make it difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance. This session explores how industry professionals can build more sustainable careers, from raising a family while on the road to planning for retirement.
Planning for Tomorrow
To close our Symposia Sessions, we’ll look to the future, building on the conversations from the previous two days to identify practical ideas and strategies that delegates can take forward into their next touring campaign.

GTL Sessions Europe 2026 Testimonials
Alex Nash, Tour Manager
Our day-to-day touring world is usually pure chaos, so stepping away for GTL Sessions was incredibly refreshing. As a first-time attendee, it completely exceeded my expectations. We’re in the relationship business, and the chance to connect properly with both peer TMs and suppliers (new and old) was invaluable. I’m already feeling the positive impact of the event and would strongly encourage anyone given the opportunity to take it. I will certainly be aiming to return.
Bryn Jones, Tour Manager
I have never attended an event whereby the end, you genuinely leave with friendships with both fellow tour managers and suppliers.
Caleb Rosario, Tour Provider, Cube Services
GTL Sessions has been an amazing experience thus far. This was my first year attending while representing a company, so I can only hope that my company once again gives me the opportunity to meet new people, make lasting connections, and show the industry what we have to offer.
Claire Gamble, Tour Provider, Dakota Hotels
This was my first year attending GTL sessions. Alongside connecting with so many valued clients, I had the pleasure of meeting so many Tour Managers. It was interesting to hear first hand what makes a hotel truly stand out to them and why they would choose Dakota. So many great connections, GTL really is a community.
George Allen, Tour Manager
An indispensable resource for Tour Managers old and new. A supportive and open space to freely chat about our business, how to improve it and make us all the best we can be.
Kaylee Pearson, Tour Manager
A huge thank you to GTL for creating such a meaningful and valuable event. Being able to connect with such a massive network of tour managers from all around the world is incredibly important and inspiring. The sense of community, knowledge sharing, and support this event creates is something truly special, and I’m already looking forward to the next one.
Nick Goulding, Tour Provider, Rock-it Cargo
GTL Sessions is a networking event like no other. This event is dedicated to helping new people break through in the touring industry. GTL connects people in more ways than one, so leave the Ego at home and enjoy good company and share some stories.
Olivia Saunders, Tour Provider, IHG Hotels & Resorts
Attending GTL Sessions in Málaga as a supplier was an incredibly valuable experience. The event provided a unique opportunity to connect face-to-face with around 50 tour managers, allowing us to build meaningful relationships in a focused and collaborative environment.
The quality of conversations was excellent and gave us genuine insight into what tour managers truly need and value from hotels. These learnings will directly influence how we support touring business across our hotels moving forward. We would highly recommend the event to any supplier looking to strengthen relationships and better understand the touring sector.
Ollie Scerri, Tour Manager
I’ve attended GTL twice now – once as an industry newbie and once with much more experience under my belt. Both times I learnt an invaluable amount and learnt about suppliers I’d never heard of, or wanted to chat with but couldn’t find the time. I’d go every year!
Rob Thomson, Tour Manager
GTL is a unique and wonderful event bringing together tour managers & suppliers in a productive and fun way in an idyllic setting. So much to learn and take away from this event, cannot recommend it enough!
Melanie Harrison, Tour Provider, Radisson Hotels
Again GTL delivered ! Second time attending and certainly not my last. Loved reconnecting with everyone I met last year building on those relationships and making new connections. This event is a firm favourite now in my calendar – can’t wait until 2027!
